We’re just not sure what it is, but there is something about the Tampa Bay area that makes it unique in America. Of course many of our repeat cruisers know Tampa because of its cruise ship port and the many Couples Cruises that have departed from the Tampa Cruise Ship Terminal, but there is much more to Tampa than just cruise ships. The region is populated by dozens of nudist and swinger-friendly resorts, including Caliente Tampa and Paradise Lakes. It also has one of the top swinger’s clubs in the country, Eyz Wide Shut, and is home to one of our favorite events, TampaBayEscapes (“TBE”).
TBE is a lifestyle convention and “TBE 5” will happen in Tampa from July 18 - 21, 2013. Of course, the owners of TBE - Doc, Cindy and Ronnie - want to make sure you don’t get hung up on the word “convention”. This event is all about sensual fun for you and your lover. This convention is designed for couples that have solid, loving relationships and are interested in expanding their paradigms. The convention welcomes swingers, people interested in swinging and people interested in engaging in light BDSM activities. 
TBE is designed to deliver three full days and nights of lifetime memories and is a great event both for newbies and those who have enjoyed the lifestyle for many years. Even if you are Vanillas (non-swingers) who are just curious about exploring the possibilities of swinging, this event is for you. This event is an entire hotel takeover. That means TBE attendees will be the only guests on the property. Expect theme dances every night, including “Lace in a Boxer” Pirates & Wenches, and the big dance of the week-the Druid Ball (think Eyes Wide Shut with Tom Cruise, but sorry, Tom will not be attending). In addition, TBE features 18 playrooms with sexy themes such as the Orgy and Massage Room, the Magical Spanking Room, the Trapeze Pizza Room, and the ever-popular Zebra Room. You can try out one room or, if you have the energy, try them all.
Other activities include “playshops” where you’ll learn, exchange ideas and make new friends. Then come hang out by the pool and enjoy that great Florida weather. Dream Pleasure Tours will be hosting the Saturday afternoon pool party, as well as the Dream Pleasure Tours hospitality suite with drinks, food and information on travel. You’ll be entertained by dominatrix Dittie Tracy and entertainers Mark Maze and Suzy. Angye Fox will be there as well, broadcasting her awesome radio show, Foxxxy Forum, live.
