For those of you joining us for the Caliente Tampa After Party after the November 13 - 18, 2010 Swingers and Lifestyle Total Ship Takeover Cruise, here is important information on the schedule of activities.

Schedules and Events For After Cruise Party at Caliente Tampa

Hi Everybody:

It’s Mike and Zee from Dream Pleasure Tours. We will be your hosts for the Caliente Tampa After Cruise Party.  We hope to see you on board but just in case we miss you, please make careful note of the following information about the After Party.

1. Thursday Nov 18 - Departure from Port. Buses will pick everyone up curb side starting at 8:30 am just outside the unloading areas. As soon as one bus is filled it will leave for the resort. The Next bus will arrived 10 minutes after the first bus has left. The trip will take about 35 minutes. Look for the Caliente or the Dream Pleasure Tours signs. Mike and Zee, your hosts from Dream Pleasure Tours, will be there to assist all passengers. Please be patience as the bus cannot leave for the resort until it has been loaded with 40 passengers and we will have to wait for all 40 to disembark from the ship and get on the bus before leaving.

2. Thursday Nov 18 – Hotel Arrival. Check in time is 3:00 pm. Guest will have access to the resort once they arrive but will not be able to check in right away. Official check in time is 3:00 pm. You may be able to check in earlier if the rooms are ready.  We recommend packing a day bag and relaxing by the pool until your room is ready.  You can check your bags with the resort, and the resort will provide towels for use during the day. There are a limited number of smoking and handicap rooms available.. Please e-mail us with your name and preferences so we can make arrangement with resort based on availability.

3. Thursday Nov 18 - Dream Pleasure Tours Meet & Greet. We will hold a Meet and Greet in the Disco from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Each guest will receive one complimentary drink token from Dream Pleasure Tours. Hot and cold snacks and appetizers will be served. Happy Hour prices half-price will apply to all drinks beyond your complimentary drink. We will be giving away DPT trip vouchers and other goodies so please join us to get to know your fellow travelers.

4. Friday Nov 19 - Late Night After Party and Playroom. On Friday evening only we will be hosting a social/playroom in one of the Resort Villas.  The playroom will not open until 12:30 AM, so after you’ve spent a few hours in the disco stop by the playroom for some added fun.  We will have more details on the location at the Meet and Greet.

5. Sunday Nov 21 - Check Out is 11:00 am. Guests are responsible for their own transportation to the airport. You should leave the resort no later than three hours before your flight. The front desk will be happy to make arrangements for a van service or a taxi.

6. Daytime Activities. Caliente Tampa offers a variety of day time activities including  sports, the spa, poolside entertainment, contests and games, and more.  Check with the resort for the activity schedule when you check in.

7. Evening Activities. Caliente has a number of choices for dining, including their fine dining room, the pool café and their casual diner.  After dinner, on Friday and Saturday evenings, the disco becomes the focal point of activity. Expect fellow travelers to be partying the night away.  Caliente typically gets lots of non-residents guests for their Friday and Saturday night parties, which are often sponsored by local lifestyle clubs.  However the pools and Jacuzzis are open late so taking in the adult pool can be part of the evening fun.  Remember that Caliente has a no open sex policy, so when it’s time to play, you need to head to the play room or the privacy of your own hotel room.
