This article encompasses part three of Gary's swing tour through the South.  Here it is in Gary's own words:

Hidden away in the beautiful Mississippi woods is a club I have been looking forward to visiting, Hub City Select. Driving down a two lane road about 10 miles outside of the nearest town, no one would expect that a little piece of paradise would be hidden away there. As I turned off the paved road, I thought to myself,“This can not be right.There is nothing here but woods as far as the eye can see.”

But as I rounded the driveway, I was there. Cut out of the middle of the Mississippi forest was Hub City Select.
As soon as I stepped out of my car, I was met by the owners Richard and his lovely wife Danielle.They gave me the VIP tour and, of course being true to southern hospitality, offered me a drink and something to eat.

To describe Hub City Select, it is a private, upscale swinger’s party that includes all the luxuries of a resort with a club atmosphere, all in one. H.C.S.offers a little something for everyone, including over 11,000 sq.ft. of indoor and outdoor excitement. Indoors you can enjoy the incredible bar and dance on their large dance floor,in the sexy silhouette box and on the stripper pole. The play areas consist of 5 theme rooms, 14 semi private rooms, a TV room and 3 full baths. The outdoor living area has a beautiful pool, 10 person hot tub, full bar, huge built-in fireplace, cabana beds and stage for your outdoor entertainment. The kitchen provides a meal for the evening, a wonderful lunch on Saturdays and a buffet breakfast in the morning. The food was wonderful and their staff was ever so friendly. They even cooked up a big pot of jambalaya.

Richard shared with me that the club is growing and plans are in the works to expand. They are planning to add not only more play areas but also more R.V. parking (which I guess is the same thing… LOL).

One of the reasons for making this trip wasof course to meet new friends, but also to meet up with old friends as well. As the case would be, I was lucky enough to run into several people I have known for years and had the pleasure to work with.  Many of you know Bob & Tess who run the Naughty in N’Awlins Convention and Couples Cruises. They were there celebrating their 26th anniversary.

I got to spend several hours sharing stories with Bob & Tess and getting the updates on both the Naughty in N’Awlins convention and the November Couples Cruise. I am not sure how many of you know this, but Bob was a Coast Guard rescue diver early in his life and shared a few heart stopping stories with us. Next time you see Bob, walk up, shake his hand and tell him we all appreciate his service.

I also ran into our friends Doc and Cindy. They are the hosts of the Tampa Bay Escapes Convention held in Tampa, FL. Stay tuned for my upcoming report on that event.

The highlight was the Saturday afternoon wet t-shirt contest. What they say about southern ladies is so true. They are beautiful and they aim to please. I have to say I love my job!!
