Everyone loves hotel takeovers. What’s there to do? Well, if you can pull yourself away from the other guests (don’t worry—you’ll have plenty of time for playing) the area abounds with adventure for those inclined.  Kayaking, surfing, jet skis, fishing, sailing and white water rafting provide a host of water sports.  If you want to be a little more terrestrial, check out the rain forest, volcanoes, go for an ATV ride or go horseback riding.
