One age old question, quite possibly as old as life itself is "how much do we have in common?" When we meet someone for the first time we consider how our lifestyles are alike and how they differ; do we enjoy doing the same things and do we share similar perspectives? In polite society there are conventions that impose limits on how far we can go to answer these questions. Some of us enjoy sharing more than traditional social relationships are willing to allow. Therefore, there is pressure to hide this part of our personalities from our coworkers, families and more conservative friends.
My wife and I have been in the lifestyle for 5 years and we no longer have friends who aren't also in the lifestyle. Recently, my wife was asked, "on a scale of 1 to 10 how glad are you that you are in the lifestyle?" and she responded with an "11." We live without jealousies or hang-ups and have opened up lines of communication that are customarily closed in a marriage. We flirt and have fun with other people and everyone is happy.
What we need now is a universal way to detect who our lifestyle playmates are. What can we say or do that will help us to identify each other without upsetting anyone? A website has been developed to remedy this quandary and we would ask that every one help to spread the word. The sooner the word is out the sooner our swinging community will benefit. The web site is DO YOU KNOW SUE.com or FRIENDS OF SUE.com. For a long time swingers have had to tackle with the awkward endeavor of confirming whether or not that intriguing person at the bar, work, or coffee shop is a fellow swinger. Now, there is a simple, fool-proof way to ask without 'outing' yourself.
The new phrase is DO YOU KNOW SUE? Or if you are reserving tables at a restaurant you can put it under FRIENDS OF SUE.
"SUE" stands officially for "Swingers United Everywhere." This is just one interpretation. Other variations include "Swingers Undress Everyone", "Swingers Understand Erotica," "Sharing is Ultimate Ecstasy," Kama SUEtra . . . you get the idea. This is already becoming a national trend. Soon it may be world wide. So, perhaps the next time you are at the bar or coffee shop you will see an attractive person wearing a "Do You Know Sue?" T-shirt. You will be able to say that you do.
"Do you know Sue" and "Friends of Sue" shirts and tank tops are showing up at motorcycle rallies, club activities and even family outings.
Now, if you are in a group and spot a couple that you think might be in the lifestyle, you can walk right up to them with confidence in your voice (and a gleam in your eye) and ask "Do you know Sue?"
