I just spent the month of January at Hedo II for the lifestyle month. I have to say the energy level was as high as I have every seen it the past seven years that I have been there in January. The food and rooms are about the same { they did have new colored bedspreads this year }but then again who goes for just the food and your room. Its about the party.
All four weeks were rockin. It seems every night there were new faces and new friends to be made. The hot tub and disco were as hot as every.
The GM Kevin Levee has been there then a little over a year and we have seen changes. The food has improved and staff is working harder than every.
We have already sold out half our rooms for January 2011 !!
Its a great place to meet ew friends ad relax. a place where you ca do as much as you want or as little. the service is the best that we have ever received. the people are friedly and curtious, always willing to help you ad be there for all your needs.
You can do as little or as much as you want. GREAT staff all around and very good security. Would actually love to work and reside there. Their big motto is " NO PROBLEM " And that's exactly how it is.
I have been to many resorts over the years and experienced many different amenities but this place is like a true Fantasy Island. I love the concept of an all inclusive resort because it allows you to truly relax and not worry about anything,as the islanders say "iree" wich means no worries. There is something here for everyone, however leave the easily embarrased and weak at heart at home. Clothing is pretty much optional here. The night life is well....crazy to say the least. I would not suggest this place for the average married couple only for the very open minded. The name Hedonism is perfect for this place. There is an underground bar that looks into one of the pools through a large expanse of glass and I will not even go into the things I saw through that window. If it is wild and adventerous that you are seeking then look no further. If it is subdued and relaxed you seek then you might want to try Sandles witch is right next door.
After getting tired of hearing "this place is for old, boring, ugly swingers", I decided to do it, and went to the most AMAZING place on earth! Two beautiful single sisters (24-31 yrs old) took over Hedo, or maybe Hedo took us over!
When you're done with Spring break crowds, but you're not quite done having fun after your 20s, your choices are limited. Or so I thought...
I called Hedo home for a week and from Charlies Omelettes in the morning, to the insane nude pool games, to the most outrageous experiences in that Piano Bar, I can honestly say that this experience has been priceless. The staff is absolutely amazing and Hedo visitors respect everyone's choices. I never felt forced to do anything, I never felt harrassed, I felt free! Naked free! Safer than in any nightclub in America. Yet, I knew that if I wanted to get down and dirty I was more than welcome to do so.
For any 30ish, good looking, "work hard - play hard" type of person: This is the place to be. Haven't even been home for a week and I'm already planning my second Hedo trip.
