New Temptations Resort Cancun Mexico

I was a little nervous because I tend to read the worst reviews 1st about hotels. But this was my girlfriend and my 1st time going to Cancun and we LOVED Temptation. Yea it’s All Inclusive and considering, the food is pretty good especially the RIBS!! Beware of the Time Share pitch it’s not that bad but the time does fly and you could lose a half of a day listening to the pitch as they try to get you drunk! Also do your research when it comes to the Excursions being sold in the Hotel you can get some better deals on your own outside of the resort. Otherwise I'd HIGHLY recommend Temptation!! Nice Beach, Nice Pools, GREAT DRINKS especially the Mellon Sour, Staff was nice and friendly. Taxi to Coco Bongo area and most other Hotel zone tourist attractions was only $10-12 or $1 on the Bus but we never caught it because they always looked packed. Good Luck.

I stayed at Temptation in October 2009 with 2 girlfriends and had such a fabulous time that I returned again in April 2010 with 3 more girlfriends. We had a fabulous week and received excellent service everywhere on the resort, poolside, buffett, a la cartes and bars. The entertainment staff is awesome, they know how to get the crowd going.

We had a jacuzzi room for the first 3 nights of our stay then switched to a regular room, basically the only difference was the jacuzzi, both rooms clean, fridge stocked and the safe in perfect working order. We did not do any daytime excursions as this would interfer with our time at the pool and in the sun. Although we did take a morning to go to the flea market, but hurried back to catch the daily activites at the pool.

I have been to Cuba twice and vow that I will never return after experiencing Cancun and Temptation Resort and Spa.

Being this was my 1st solo trip after my husband passed away last year, I really wanted some place that was adults only. After reviewing a lot of different places, I chose Temptations. What a blast I had!!! I met a group of really nice people who have been meeting at this resort for quite a few years. Sue and Woody took me under their wing and all the other couples I met made me feel really at ease. It definetly was fun to sit by the sexy pool and people watch. I can not wait to go back!!!

My husband and I loved this resort and would recommend it to anyone. We just got home and are ready to go back. The food, the entertainment, the staff..... everything was amazing.

The hot stone massage is to die for. Pedro at the alternative bar was wonderful. Chantel taught a fun class. You meet a lot of great people. Don't hesitate...just go. You won't regret it.
